Once your order is accepted, we will schedule your lighting conversion and you will be given an order number. You may then send us your lights for modification. Shipments are only shipped to addresses which have been verified through PayPal. Do not send cash. There is a (5-10) day hold on checks. Be sure to familiarize yourself with our products and procedures. If you have any questions or concerns, please address them prior to modification. We feel it is crucial that both parties (buyer and seller) have a proper understanding of what is expected out of the final product. Drop-offs, will-call, and shipping >>>> Automotive lights are relatively light, fragile goods. If you are going to mail us your lights, please make sure that they are clean, secure, packed and boxed well. We highly recommend sending your lights via UPS or Fed-Ex as these couriers offer added protection such as insurance coverage, signature request, and online tracking. ** Please avoid using "foam peanuts" as they are very messy and can often get pushed inside of lighting assemblies. ** We recommend using bubble wrap, and lots of it! Also, be sure to include the following: - Payment (Check, MO, or copy of PayPal receipt) - Copy of e-mail correspondence - Additional notes or instructions (if any) If you would like to personally deliver or pick-up your lights, you may do so as long as we've scheduled an appointment in advance. Please contact us to make arrangements before visiting. LED retrofits >>>> If your lights are being converted to LED technology, be SURE to include the wiring harness and/or bulb holders. Without them, we cannot pre-wire the LEDs to your lighting assemblies! Typically, side-markers have a twist-on socket which is often referred to as a "bulb holder." Headlamps, tail lamps, and signals have a small wiring harness coming off of them with a connector at the end, that is often referred to as a "wiring harness." They also offer insurance, which is an absolute must when dealing with fragile goods. In order to determine exact shipping costs, we must have the exact weight and dimensions of a parcel. Turnaround time >>>> If you are looking to purchase something quickly and cheaply, you have found the wrong site. Our top priority is to offer rare, distinct, high quality products. Unlike many products being sold in the aftermarket, our goal is to not only meet but also exceed the performance of the OEM unit. Most, if not all of the products listed on our site take time to attain and fabricate. We commonly work on offroad vehicles (show/race applications) where downtime isn't much of a factor. If downtime is of concern, please bring this to our attention prior to the start of your project.
